If you are wondering whether I am ashamed of the pancakes' appearance (or the quality of the photos), the answer is no. I never said I was perfect neither will I achieve perfection... If you think I should feel ashamed, I'll give you enough reasons why am not. First, they taste good; second, they are fluffy (are better not toasted in my humble opinion); third, they are easy and quick to make, aren't expensive and are healthy. Is it enough or shall I continue?

I didn't add any sweet substance and ate them simple (you already know I prefer everything simple, right?). The first time I tried with rolled oats and I liked its texture; today I made with oat flour... I put the double of lemon juice and they were "sweet" enough for me...

Natalie made them seem much better, but I bet they taste quite similar and this is what really matters...
